The great news!

 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If you really like our products but would like them in your country's language, please talk to us about this. We can work with you to create this range.

 

There are restrictions on some products to various destinations, for example we can't currently ship wooden items to Australia.

 

Currently, our carriage paid order to the UK Mainland is £250 ex vat.

 

All orders that do not reach carriage paid values will incur a £10.00 ex vat carriage charge for the UK Mainland. This does not apply for customers who stock a display stand and their top-up stock orders under carriage paid are only charged at £5.00 ex vat.

 

Placing an order outside of the UK Mainland?

 

We will estimate shipping costs and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose when the order reaches the office. If the carriage paid value to your destination has not been met we will require a payment for the carriage at cost. Many of our existing international customers are arranging their own shipping which is perfectly acceptable.

 

Please note: 

 

In the unlikely circumstance of a non-delivery for the full consignment of goods. Please ensure you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the despatch note where possible as per our terms of trading. If for any reason you notice boxes have been damaged on delivery, please sign for them as damaged with the driver to help aid us in any claims we may need to pursue.
